Information We Collect We may collect the following information when you interact with our website,  sign up for coaching, download resources, or contact us: - Personal Information: Name, email address,  phone number, and any information you choose to provide during coaching. - Payment Information:  Processed securely through third-party payment processors (we do not store credit card numbers).  Usage Data: Analytics information collected automatically by Google (including Google Analytics), such  as page visits, IP address, device type, and browsing behavior.

How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect to: - Provide coaching services and  digital products - Communicate with you about appointments, resources, and updates - Improve our  website, services, and customer experience - Maintain records for internal business and compliance  purposes - Send marketing emails only with your consent (you may unsubscribe anytime)

4. Data Storage & Retention We store collected information securely and retain it for up to 2 years,  unless a longer period is required for legal or business purposes. After that, information is safely  deleted or anonymized.  

5. International Users Noella Grace is based in Canada, but we also serve clients in the United States.  By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in these regions.
