Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of coaching services, subscriptions, and digital or  physical products offered by Noella Grace (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or participating in our  services, you agree to these Terms.  

1. Payments We accept payments by: - E-transfer - Credit card processed on a secure website  Cryptocurrency by request 

2. Subscriptions & Refunds All coaching subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel anytime, but  cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds on coaching  services or digital products.  

3. Sessions, Cancellations & No-Shows - If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session, no fee  is charged. - If you cancel within 24 hours or miss your session, the session is billed at full price.  Rescheduling is subject to availability. 

 4. Client Responsibility & Results We provide guidance and tools, but your results depend on your own  participation and effort. Therefore, while we support you fully, we cannot guarantee outcomes.  

5. Intellectual Property All digital and physical materials provided by Noella Grace are our exclusive  intellectual property. You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell any content without written  permission.  

6. Use of Services You agree to use our coaching and materials responsibly and not for any unlawful  purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service for misconduct or policy violations.
