By working with Noella Grace Marketing ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to our standard terms covering services such as branding, advertising, lead generation, logo design, Google Ads, Google Business Profile optimization, and more.

All services are subject to written agreement or proposal. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise, and payment is due as per invoice terms. Clients are responsible for timely feedback, approvals, and providing necessary materials.

We do not guarantee specific marketing results if clients do not meet criteria (e.g., leads, ROI, rankings), but we do guarantee professional effort, transparency, and strategy based on experience. Ownership of final deliverables transfers upon full payment. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.

Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
